What I collect
- Information you give me directly through the contact form or by booking a call: your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell me about your situation.
- Basic, anonymised website usage data, if analytics are enabled, to understand which pages are useful. This does not identify you personally.
Why I collect it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver coaching or support, and keep appropriate records of our work together. The lawful basis is your consent and the legitimate interest of providing the service you have asked for.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry and client information only as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet any legal or professional record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
Who I share it with
I do not sell your data. I use trusted third-party tools to run this website and my practice (for example, an email provider, a form provider, and a booking tool). These providers process data on my behalf under their own data-protection terms.
Your rights
Under UK data-protection law you have the right to access the information I hold about you, to ask me to correct or delete it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email nettchristina@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
